Welcome auspicious beginnings, wisdom, and obstacle-free success into your home and workspace with this Handcrafted Antique Brass Seated Ganesha Idol. Masterfully cast in solid pure brass with a lustrous antique golden patina, this sacred murti depicts Lord Ganesha resting gracefully in a meditative seated posture (Lalitasana / Padmasana) upon an intricately embossed oval pedestal.

  • Abhaya Mudra with Sacred 'Om': His lower right palm is raised in divine blessing, etched with the sacred ॐ (Om) symbol to grant fearless confidence, protection, and peace of mind.

  • Divine Weapons & Modak: His upper hands hold the divine axe (Parashu) and sacred goad (Ankusha) to sever materialistic illusions, while His curved trunk gently holds a sweet modak, representing supreme spiritual contentment.

  • Intricate Crown & Radiant Halo: Adorned with a detailed, high-tiered mukut (crown) backed by a sunburst halo, reflecting supreme intellect and divine authority.

  • Fine Ornaments & Attire: Sculpted with layered beaded kantha necklaces, ornamental armlets, a sacred thread (Yajnopavita), and finely draped dhoti folds.

  • Embossed Oval Base: Supported by a solid, rounded oval pedestal detailed with traditional floral and lattice relief carvings, ensuring stable balance on any surface.

With its compact 9 cm height, this idol is designed for home mandirs, office desks, cash boxes, study areas, or sacred gifting during Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi, and housewarmings.

How to Install/Place?

Best Directions (Vastu Shastra):
Northeast (Ishanya Kona): The primary sacred quadrant for home altars; position the idol facing East or North for divine alignment and inner tranquility.

North: The direction ruled by Lord Kubera (wealth); placing Ganesha facing North invites continuous financial liquidity and business growth.

Office Workstation / Cash Register: Place on the right-hand side of your work desk or near the accounts desk to oversee transactions and ensure clear decision-making.

Setup Steps:
Wipe gently with rose water or Gangajal before consecration.

Place over a clean yellow or red silk cloth on an altar or marble slab.

Apply fresh sandalwood paste (chandan) and vermilion (kumkum) to the forehead.

Light a pure ghee or sesame oil diya, offer fresh yellow flowers (such as marigold), unbroken rice (akshat), and fresh Durva grass.

Best day to Install/Place

To align with the energies of money, abundance, and prosperity, start Install it on a 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 or as per Vastu Amrit Expert. Its ability to draw prosperity and good vibes is enhanced on this day.

Material & care

Daily Cleaning: Dust gently with a clean, dry microfiber cloth or a soft artist brush to keep incense ash and dust from settling within the crown, trunk, and pedestal carvings.

Periodic Cleansing: When needed, clean gently using a soft cotton cloth with a small dab of brass cleaner (such as Pitambari paste) or mild soapy water to refresh the warm golden highlights.

Moisture Protection: Always dry completely with a clean towel immediately after contact with water to prevent watermarks and safeguard the antique finish.

Avoid Abrasives: Strictly avoid steel scrubbers, hard-bristled wire brushes, or acid-based chemical detergents, as these will scratch the detailed surface etchings and strip away the dark antique relief patina.
