Maintain an undisturbed, eternal flame (Akhand Jyoti) of divine radiance with this Handcrafted Solid Brass Akhand Diya with Glass Chimney. Cast in heavy pure brass with a lustrous polished golden finish, this ritual oil lamp integrates a transparent cylindrical glass shield and a mechanical side adjustment knob, combining traditional Agamic sanctum aesthetics with reliable windproof functionality.

  • Draft-Proof Borosilicate Glass Chimney: The clear cylindrical glass enclosure protects the sacred flame from ceiling fans, drafts, and ambient breezes, allowing the diya to burn continuously and safely throughout day and night.

  • Mechanical Wick-Adjuster Knob: Engineered with an external side screw knob that smoothly raises or lowers the central wick without requiring you to touch hot metal or disturb the lit flame.

  • Central Wick Holder & Deep Oil Well: Features a securely anchored upright wick chimney resting in a curved, deep brass reservoir designed to hold sufficient oil or ghee for extended burning hours.

  • Fluted Air-Circulation Cap: Crowned with a removable, vented brass top cap with fluted vertical louvers, providing chimney exhaust while preventing soot accumulation inside the glass.

  • Weighted Grooved Pedestal Base: Supported by a broad flared base detailed with reeded fluting, ensuring tabletop balance on temple chauki platforms, floor rangolis, or altar shelves.

Standing at 20 cm (~7.87 inches) in height with a 9 cm base diameter, this Akhand Diya provides a steady, safe, and beautiful centerpiece for Navratri, Diwali, daily nitya puja, and hawan ceremonies.

The Living Light of Akhand Jyoti: In Vedic and Vastu philosophy, keeping a steady, uninterrupted flame represents the constant presence of divine consciousness, dispelling darkness (Tamas) and shielding the home from untoward psychic influences.Balances the Fire Element (Agni Tattva): Safely houses the fire element within pure brass, harmonizing the South-East (Agneya) and East quadrants to inspire energy, vitality, and health among family members.Soot-Free & Safe Indoor Burning: The glass shield retains heat and prevents accidental sparks or fire hazards around dry altar fabrics, paper, or wooden mandir walls. Attracts Steady Prosperity (Sthir Lakshmi): A lamp that remains lit without flickering or extinguishing is believed to anchor auspicious blessings, ensuring financial stability and domestic peace.

East / Northeast (Ishanya Kona): Inside the home mandir, face the lamp towards the East (for health and spiritual upliftment) or North (for wealth and knowledge).

Lighting & Assembly Steps:
Unscrew or lift off the top fluted cap and glass chimney.
Thread a round cotton wick (gol batti) into the central brass wick-tube.
Fill the lower cup about two-thirds full with pure sesame oil or warm melted cow ghee.
Light the wick tip, allow the flame to catch evenly, and replace the glass cylinder and top brass lid securely.
Rotate the side knob to achieve your preferred flame size and prevent excess smoking.

To align with the energies of money, abundance, and prosperity, start Install it on a 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 or as per Vastu Amrit Expert. Its ability to draw prosperity and good vibes is enhanced on this day.

Material & care

Glass Chimney Care: Let the glass cool down completely before handling; wash separately with mild liquid dish soap and a soft sponge, then wipe completely dry with a lint-free towel to maintain crystal clarity.

Brass Body Maintenance: Clean the brass base and reservoir periodically using a soft cloth with mild soapy water or traditional brass cleaning paste (such as Pitambari) to renew its golden brilliance.

Avoid Sudden Temperature Changes: Never wash the glass chimney with cold water while it is still warm from the flame, as thermal shock can cause cracks.

Avoid Abrasives: Strictly refrain from using steel scrubbers or abrasive pads on the brass finish to protect its polished luster and fine fluted grooving.
